Chinese New Year 2026

Starting the Lunar New Year with our annual collection.
This drop focuses on blue-tone shirts you can wear for pretty much any occasion.

Last year we did a matching jacket + pants set, so this time we’re putting the spotlight on shirts instead.

For this release, we took our signature models and gave them a more Chinese-inspired twist — from short-sleeve pullovers and long-sleeve shirts to a parka featuring our signature Chinese buttons, continuing the idea for the second year in a row.

We chose summer-friendly fabrics, and of course that means 100% cotton.
Luckily, we managed to source some deadstock fabric from Japan, which we turned into a super cool parka — we wanted it to feel like those scooter riders throwing on a rain parka and cruising around town on a Vespa.

The short-sleeve pieces use lightweight seersucker fabric — breathable and seriously comfortable to wear.

For this shoot, we headed to Banthat Thong, which perfectly represents modern Chinese culture — new shrines, Chinese restaurants, Western dessert shops… a true multicultural mix.

The weather was insanely hot for the start of the year, but the shoot was still fun, chaotic, and full of laughs — just the usual vibe from Love and Destroy.
